A lady in church today said, "I bet Joseph Smith had no idea what was in store for him when he offered up that simple prayer." But he acted on faith. He kept moving forward. He kept the faith.
She also pointed out that the angel messenger appeared with the same message four times when he was 17. I loved how she put it: "Hey. He was 17. We all don't get it the first time, let alone when we are 17 :). 15 years later, Joseph Smith was still asking for clarification. Some things just take time."
This combined message of "timing" and "faith" spoke straight to my heart.
